Privacy Policy

Providence Teaching Ministry (“we”) operates TheSeedWarTrilogy.com. This page explains what we collect and how we use it, in plain language.

What we collect. If you request a free guide, treatise, book excerpt, or Watch List update, we collect the email address you provide. When you arrive through a campaign link, we may also retain standard campaign parameters (such as source, medium, campaign, term, and content) and an advertising click identifier (such as a GCLID, WBRAID, or GBRAID). The first attributable visit may be saved in your browser’s session storage and local storage so a later signup can be credited to the correct campaign. Standard cookies are also used for site analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. We do not collect payment information on this site.

Your free-library pass. After an accepted signup or a resource link from our emails or Facebook completion page, we set a first-party cookie called sw_library_pass_v1. It remembers that this browser can open all our free resources without another email form. It contains a random access token, not your email address or a subscriber profile. It lasts up to 12 months and is renewed when you visit. Clearing site data, private browsing, or browser restrictions may remove it. Opening a resource link from our emails can restore access on another browser or device. Sharing an access link shares free resources; it does not subscribe the recipient. Unsubscribing stops emails and leaves free-library access available.

How we use it. Your email is used to deliver the documents you requested and to send occasional Watch List dispatches and book-launch updates. Campaign information helps us understand which ministry messages lead readers to request a resource. On signup forms that disclose this measurement, the email may be normalized and securely hashed by Google for enhanced-conversion measurement; the hash is used to improve conversion attribution, not to send you advertising email. We do not sell or rent your email, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Services we rely on. Email delivery is handled by Mailchimp (Intuit). Analytics and advertising measurement are provided by Google; see Google’s Privacy Policy. The site is hosted and served through SiteGround. Each processes limited data on our behalf under its own privacy terms.

Your choices. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops all future emails immediately. Session attribution normally ends with the browser session; first-touch attribution in local storage remains until you clear this site’s browser data. You may also request access to or deletion of your data at any time via our contact page, and we will honor it promptly.

Children. This site is intended for adults and older teens; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date.
